Felipe Muhr

A graduate of the Visual Arts at the Universidad Católica de Chile, Felipe Muhr finished an MFA in Illustration at New York City's Fashion Institute of Technology in 2015. He graduated from the Advanced Master in Research in Arts and Design at Sint Lucas, Antwerp in 2020, and from the HISK program in Ghent, Belgium in 2022. As of 2025, he's a PhD researcher at KU Leuven and the University of Ghent, with the project Reanimating Morgue Files: A Media Archeology of Reference Picture Collections. He also works as an illustrator for museums and publications, does editorial work, curates shows, and teaches drawing.
