Synopsis

Sally's boyfriend had disappeared from the village of Graveways. When she reported it to the village police they thought she was mad and put her into what seemed to be a mental hospital. She had escaped and met John. Together they got as far as the woods when they encountered Mr. Heath. Heath takes them to his home and listens to their story. Later, Sally overhears Heath tell John that she is a dangerous lunatic who has escaped from an asylum. She is recaptured and returned to the 'mental hospital' with no apparent hope for escape with John gone.
