Synopsis
The new and inexperienced Batman hunts down a serial killer, learning that it's actually Angon, a powerful alien creature. He warns the Commissioner not to let his men engage with the monster, but a ten-man SWAT team, led by a cocky officer, disobeys and pursues it, resulting in the deaths of all but one of the squad. In the hospital, Kelvin Mao, the survivor, discovers that he now possesses near-indestructible skin and other alien abilities. Taking on the name of Ballistic, he teams up with Batman to join the fight against the creatures.
