The original format of a Jungle Jim 'topper' (4/10 of the page) and a main Flash Gordon strip (6/10 of the page) on one page is reproduced in this book except in the early part of 1935 when an experimental 'tabloid' format was tried. This resulted in Jungle Jim and Flash Gordon being printed on separate pages between 3 February 1935 - 17 March 1935, and 7 April 1935 - 16 June 1935.
