Synopsis

In flashbacks we are told how a number of supervillains, all brilliant minds, have banded together to recover knowledge and objects of scientific interest. Over the years they have been thwarted over and over by the superheroes, yet have stuck together, until betrayed by Dr. Doom. Now, years later, MODOK seeks out Leader with a plan: to create a Red Hulk.
