Synopsis

Journalist Lance Harwood rides alone through the desert when he comes across a wounded soldier, dying with an arrow in his back. Harwood learns that the man is the only survivor of an Indian massacre. The man dies, and Harwood rides on to find the remaining cavalry regiments up ahead. But he is soon set upon by a band of Indians, and finds his only means of escape is to ride off a precipice into the river below. He and his horse survive the plunge, then continue the search for the regiment ahead. He soon finds them, but they're hopelessly outnumbered by thousands of redskins on the warpath...
