While the cover shows a 10 cent US price, this issue was sold and distributed in the UK, so more likely sold for 6 pence (6d), the price most common throughout the 1950s for UK comic books. Also, as stated in the indicia: "Published monthly by Magazine Enterprises, Rhodesville, No. 1 Lr. Mt.
