Synopsis
When the Human Torch and Toro capture crooks that have been robbing banks, they notice the perpetrators are all around 20 years old. They notice the old-age home where Toro's Uncle Julius lives looks closed. They learn that old people are disappearing. Disguising themselves as old people, they are picked up by youths and brought to an old mansion. Inside they find Dr. Markov has been de-aging old folks so they'll commit crimes for him. When they learn that they'll die in 30 days they rebel and Julius shoots at a high-voltage machine, blowing the whole place up, killing all but Torch and Toro.
