Synopsis

Entrants must make as many words as they can from the letters in "Red Cork Tipped Rice Cigarette Papers". Entrants must be UNDER 17 years of age, and send in 3 wrappers with each entry. First prize for boys is a model train; for girls it's a sewing machine.
