Available through a special offer in Wizard: The Comics Magazine #79. Each copy was distributed in a special protective holder with a Certificate of Authenticity signed by Gareb Shamus and Bob Harras.
Although there is no cover price, the actual cost was 3.00 USD; Canadian orders were 4.00 USD and 'other foreign orders' were 6.00 USD - payable in US funds only. Offer expired April 22, 1998.
