Synopsis
Otto meets Felicia on a Manhattan rooftop and punches her, leaving her to be turned over to authorities by his Spider-bots. As Peter Parker he receives a substantial loan from Aunt May and her husband to start his own research company. Later, he presents his doctoral thesis, but his advisor recognizes it as the work of Otto Octavius and accuses him of plagiarism. Returning to New York, Carlie phones MJ to warn her to stay away from Peter.
