Synopsis
Unable to get the evidence he needs to convict hoodlum Marstin, Batman devises a plan to make sure that Marstin and his gang see the famed but dreaded bat symbol each time they try to commit a crime...a plan which eventually allows the Caped Crusaders to nab the felon.
