Synopsis

Tina's aunt had sheltered her from the outside world in remote Pagissey to keep Tina from learning that her father was still wanted for the murder of her mother. But she learns of the outside world when a film crew comes to the village to shoot some scenes and a famous actor takes advantage of her innocence. When the film crew leaves, she decides to follow the actor to London. Along the way she is picked up by a photographer who puts her up in a boarding-house. Unknown to anyone, the tenant in the room next to hers is her own father.
