Notes
The second, second (DC Multi-pack) and fourth printing variants were distributed to the United States direct market only, the content on the inside front cover, inside back cover and back cover varied, with some advertisements having a 1989 copyright date. The content of the UPC box also varied and additional text was added to the indicia indicating the printing sequence.
