Synopsis
Pontag, exile from the Planet Victo, has just been released where he had been held after his defeat at the hands of Young Marvelman. Pontag once ad the power of becoming Young Nastyman. A super being with a cruel mind. He seeks to regain that power in order to take is revenge ....
