Notes
The style and contents of "Spider-Man Magazine" changed completely starting with this issue, due to a new publisher and new editors. The Fleer trading card inserts were gone as well.
Includes a 28 page insert pullout section that some sites refer to as "Spider-Man Magazine Special #1", which was added to the total page count.
