Synopsis

Melvin the clown needs a blood transfusion and Aquaman obliges. However this transfusion gives Melvin Aquaman's powers temporarily. Melvin causes nothing but trouble with his new found powers. Captain Cuttle thinks that with Melvin keeping Aquaman preoccupied with his antics, they are free to commit crimes. Until it is revealed that Melvin's buffoonery is part of an act to make the pirates complacent so Aquaman can trap them.
