Synopsis
Two engineers repairing an electronic failure at an army base are kidnapped and brainwashed by a masked man. Nick Bailey is assigned to Dolwhin in Whales to investigate the mystery of a series of similar incidents. He uncovers a complex plot by Doctor Claud Parkwell to bring peace and disarmament by killing every military commander in the country.
