Synopsis
During a televised press conference, John Walker hands the shield and mantle of Captain America back to Steve Rogers, only to be shot by a Watchdog. Steve and Peggy help Nick Fury decommission S.H.I.E.L.D.'s defunct headquarters but something causes the S.H.I.E.D. technology to go haywire.
