Synopsis

As children, Nancy and Andrew were neighbors and always played together. After years, they are reunited at St. Marie Hospital where Nancy works as a nurse and Andrew arrives as a new doctor there. But the matron at the hospital is actually Andrew's real mother who had given him up as a baby after his father abandoned them. When Andrew comes to work at hospital, Martha sets out to see that Andrew has a brilliant future and Nancy's working class background does not fit into her plans.
