This comic was denied distribution through Diamond Distributors, so it was first made available at the East Coast ComicCon, Meadowlands Expo Center in New Jersey, on April 16 and 17, 2016. On sale date taken from first day of the convention. Comic was made available for sale through Red Anvil Comics website thereafter.
