Synopsis
Evil scientist Carlon Zan is exiled into outer space in a spaceship with automatic controls, as punishment for an unsuccessful attempt to become world dictator of Rann. Immediately after exile, the spaceship passes thru a time warp and returns to Rann a billion years in the future, and transforms Zan into a radioactive menace that renders radioactive any living creature, with which he comes into direct contact. Adam Strange and Alanna attempt to stop this radioactive menace.
