Synopsis

While Kenan is bullying Lixin, the younger boy is kidnapped by Blue Condor and Kenan rescues him. This brings him to the attention of reporter Laney Lan, as well as the unscrupulous Doctor Omen, who offers Kenan the chance to become a superhero.
