Synopsis

Ann remembers the evening of her first big dance when she was sixteen. She was having a miserable time until a stranger discovered her crying in the garden. Jack made her happy she came and she spent the rest of the dance with him. She wished it could go on forever but Jack told her his whole family was leaving for Australia the next day. Jack did leave, but came back to fetch her to her new Australian home as his wife.
