Synopsis

Test pilot Hardy has a reputation, but Caroline knows what she's getting into and accepts a date. Hardy's friend Ginger notices that something serious is developing. Ginger is married and Hardy disapproves—their business means heartache for the girl left behind so he doesn't commit to anyone. After Hardy realises he wants to marry Caroline, Ginger dies in an accident. Hardy backs out. Caroline says it is all or nothing. She says goodbye, but then decides she needs to see him, even on his terms as one of 'Hardy's girls'.
