Synopsis

Julie and Helen had been best friends since Helen's family moved next door to Julie's, but Julie had always had more luck with boys. When Helen gets a date with a friendly-looking guy in the store where they work, she feels the need to get something special to wear. She goes with Julie to pick out a dress and when she finds one she can't afford, she steals five pounds from Julie to pay for it.
