Synopsis

Escaping from a federal holding facility, Aquaman and Mera must fight American forces who have been ordered to use lethal force against them. Tula prepares to launch an Atlantean war fleet against the US in retaliation. Meanwhile, Black Jack brings Black Manta to the N.E.M.O. base in Antarctica, where he meets the Fisher King.
