Synopsis

As Michael O' Sullivan continues his campaign of crime against Connor Looney and his allies, Frank Nitti sends the Two Jacks to kill O'Sullivan. The Jacks find and attack the O'Sullivans, but all four are forced into an alliance of their own when Vernon Doolittle attacks.
