Synopsis
Six of the heroes don civilian clothes and start to explore the new Metropolis but they are attacked again by the Sandmen. Meanwhile, Batman, Huntress, and John Grayson meet with the resistance leader, Sergeant Steel, but he turns against them. The Ultra-Humanite is revealed as the force behind the Sandmen, and perhaps behind the whole new world.
