Synopsis

When Barry and Iris go on a date, Wally feels compelled to make sure there are no crimes to interrupt them and goes on a city-wide patrol to stop all crimes in the city, which leads him into a confrontation with Tar Pit. Barry and Iris acknowledge they have feelings for each other and try to understand why things have not always worked out for them in the past.
