Synopsis

Reggie pilfers a device from Mr. Rich that transforms people into animals and other objects, and uses it for pranks. When Reggie gets caught, his father makes good use of the device by having Richie briefly transform Reggie into a carpet, which he uses to whack his son as punishment.
