Synopsis
Dr. Neal Emerson, who is suffering from his bipolar disorder that sometimes allows his Doctor Polaris persona to take charge, is anxious to try to use his magnetic abilities in an attempt to cure his brother Seth of brain cancer. When federal agents under the command of Harcourt fail to capture Emerson, she enlists Simon and Jessica to go after him.
