Synopsis
Francine Frye, Electro's former girlfriend, finds herself resurrected following her accidental death. Meanwhile, Hobie Brown is wearing Spider-Man's suit in San Francisco on the latter's behalf so that it appears to the public that Spider-Man is currently on the United States west coast. Spider-Man also asks Brown to investigate the validity of a new revolutionary medical procedure developed by a corporation called New U. In his identity as the Prowler, Brown enters the corporation's buildings and soon discovers some nefarious goings on.
