Synopsis

Due to his poor vision, Howard Kling is relegated to clerk typist during WWII and takes a lot of verbal abuse for it. When the Korean War starts up, needing to prove himself, he obtains contact lenses and gets himself transferred to the front where his courage is severely tested.
