This variant cover shipped in a sealed poly-bag with two neon pink inserts that obscure the images on the front and back covers. The bold black printing on the front sheet states 'SEXCRIMZ18 VOL4 PART3 ERICA HENDERSON XXX COVER NSFW NSFH NSFFA OMG.' Issue price printed on front cover insert and not on the comic cover itself. Back cover does show UPC symbol and publisher's age guideline. The cover appears to be a mash-up tribute to popular Akira manga covers of the past.
