Synopsis

In the future, the evil dictator of Eurasia captures a brilliant scientist from America and keeps him trapped in an orbiting ship above Earth's atmosphere so he won't help America during the global war between the two nations. While in isolation in the prison ship, the scientist masters telepathy and uses it to get the dictator to surrender ending the war.
