Synopsis
Education commissioner Grundy suspects teacher John is courting student Jane. Mr. Wilson, the principal, tells Grundy the story of how high school senior Eddie was tutored by teacher Miss Lewis. They fell in love, and when Eddie returned from military service in World War II, they were married. Mr. Wilson reveals the truth to Mr. Grundy: he is Eddie and his wife Kathy is his secretary now.

The print at the top of the pages inside this comic alternates between "High School Confidential" and "Charlton Comics Give You More!" It is possible this comic was originally going to be called just "High School Confidential" but was changed at the last minute, perhaps due to legal issues with the 1958 movie titled "High School Confidential."
