Synopsis
Beatrice marries Air Force pilot John and they have a son, Jimmy. John is killed in a plane crash, leaving Beatrice to raise Jimmy alone. Jimmy begins to steal things and cause trouble, so Beatrice marries lawyer Michael to provide a father figure for him. Beatrice loves Michael but isn't sure if this is being unfaithful to John's memory. After Michael rescues Jimmy from drowning, Jimmy calls him "Daddy" and Beatrice decides she can love Michael as well.
