Cover code 12-537-211. Overstreet Comic Book Price Guide lists this as Movie Classic #12-537-211, but "Movie Classic" does NOT appear on the cover. There is no issue number in the indicia.

There are two versions, one with and one without an ad on the back cover, per Gary Watson, March 2008.
