Synopsis

With her husband in prison, Joy finds herself penniless and pregnant. She seeks out her sister who is married to a wealthy man, but gets no sympathy. But the sister's infidelity causes her husband to tell her he wants a divorce. Desperate not to lose her lifestyle, she tells him she is having his child. He tells her he is going away for a few months and Jacinth coerces Joy to give up her baby when it is born in exchange for her help. But when Stephen's trip is cut short and he comes home early, Joy has to pretend to be Jacithn since it will be obvious that Jacithn isn't pregnant.
