This over-sized comic featured different art on the back cover compared to the regular sized base issue, KISS 4K (Platinum Studios, 2007 series) #1. At the time of publication, this edition became a Guinness World Record holder as the largest comics publication in the world. It has since been stripped of that superlative title by 'CruZader: Agent of the Vatican - Chapter 1,' self-published by Omar Morales in 2014.
