Synopsis

Because Simba has renounced his evil past and confessed his thefts to Major Farr, he is put on probation in the Major's care. However, the evil Dr. Karno is not about to let Simba get away with that, especially since Simba has put the Police on the doctor's trail. With the help of Grof, the doctor kidnaps Simba from Farr Academy, takes him to his lab and operates on his brain to make him cruel and vicious.
