Synopsis
Batman awakens in the back of an ambulance with serious injuries. Fleeing the ambulance to avoid having his secret identity discovered, he is found by John Constantine, who informs him that the Joker is dead. Batman has no memory of what happened to the Joker or what caused his own injuries and begins an investigation.
Notes
This issue was controversial due to scenes of Bruce Wayne's frontal nudity. A planned second printing was cancelled due to the controversy.
