Upper margin was not trimmed (comic is approximately 0.25 inches taller than Previews copy), includes visible black semicircle on top edge (likely printer's mark). Spine margin is wider than bound copy. Appears these copies were printed from the same specifications as the bound-in copies but using a different paper stock to allow them to be stapled and distributed as promotional material.
