Synopsis
Bane has put the villains in charge of Gotham, serving as the police under Commissioner Hugo Strange. When a murder is committed, Strange calls in Batman Thomas Wayne, who works with Gotham Girl to track the killer, Two-Face. Meanwhile, Bruce is on a quest in a remote part of the world, while Lex Luthor makes Bane an offer.
