Synopsis

Simon Bar Sinister unites several of Underdog's old enemies as the Sinister Squad of Sinful Soldiers and manages to capture Underdog. Simon then also captures the Sinister Squad of Sinful Soldiers with Underdog and sets out to conquer the world.
