Synopsis
Four years after the Second World War and the Baroness Erica Von Kampf is now the consort of gangster Gypsy Grigo. Previously she was the love interest of the one-armed Nazi General Bruno, who was long thought dead, killed in an explosion in 1944. While nightclubbing with Grigo she spots Bruno, very much alive. Bruno is about to be killed by one of Grigo's henchmen but Erica intervenes, slips Bruno a note warning him of the impending danger. Meanwhile, Marla Drake is on an ocean cruise when she by cnance encounters a diamond smuggler, who hides his jewels inside her child's stuffed panda.

Date of publication is speculative. Comic contains reprints of American newspaper Sunday pages from 1949. The back cover states "Tip Top Comics - *Miss Fury Special* - No. 1" at the top and "Published Monthly by Southdown Press Pty. Ltd, Melbourne" at the bottom. "Tip-Top Comics" is branding that appeared on all Southdown comics of the period. The cover title is just *Miss Fury*, and there is no title in the indicia. "Tip Top Comics - *Miss Fury Special* - No. 1" is used as header on most interior pages.
