Synopsis
Scribbly and his kid brother encounter Roscoe T. Rooney, the man who tried to rob their house. They tell Roscoe that their mother is mad at him for sending her stolen flowers. He becomes determined to earn money to buy them Christmas gifts, so he mugs a Sidewalk Santa and takes his place.
