Synopsis

While Scribbly, Captain Colorful, and Professor Twitchel sit in a jail cell, Bernie von Goldstein reviews his film footage to see what he can salvage. He sees Captain Colorful and thinks he's wonderful. He orders his "Yes" Man No. 1 to find him.
