Synopsis

Trohs uses the St. Bernard to escape from Tracy. He sneaks on a rodeo train and when discovered claims to be "Joe Atom," midget cowboy. Out west, he ditches the show near Doggie City, Montana, and makes his way to an isolated tourist camp.
